I’ve never done this before. Where do I even start?

Honestly, you don’t need to have it all figured out - that’s what we’re here for.
If you’ve got the idea, the logo, the vision and maybe a Pinterest moodboard
floating around, that’s enough for us to get started. We can support you with
everything from design to full production and everything in between. Best thing?

How much does it cost to work with you?

That really depends on what you need and what your budget is. We’ll always be
honest about what’s possible within your range, and we’ll only take on projects
where we know the ROI is there for you. Send us a quick email with your budget and
what you’re looking for, and we’ll tell you what’s doable.

Do you offer payment plans or flexible options?

Yes, depending on the service and scope, we can definitely chat about payment
plans and more flexible options - just refer back to the answer above and reach
out.

Do you offer custom packages or do I have to pick from a set list?

We’re all about bespoke. Every founder, brand and budget is different. We’ll
tailor everything to your needs - no copy-paste packages here.

Can I work with you if I only need help with certain parts?

Absolutely. Some clients just need sketches. Others come to us just for textile
design. You don’t need the full package to work with us - let us know what part
you’re stuck on and we can jump in where it makes the most sense.

How long does the full product development process take?

On average, around 8 weeks - including revisions. That’s assuming we’re handling
the full digital product development process. It could be shorter or longer
depending on your product, but that’s the usual ballpark. If you’re on a tighter
timeline, let us know - we’ve helped founders launch fast before and can speed
things up where needed.

I want to launch in six months - when should I reach out?

Now! Get the design and development side locked in early. Sourcing the right fabrics
and getting production organised can take time, so the sooner we start, the smoother
your launch will be. We’ll get your collection ready for manufacturers and leave plenty
of room for those inevitable delays.

Do I need to go through every part of the process with you, or can I start from phase
two or three?

You don’t have to start from scratch with us. If you’ve already got your designs and
vision in place, we can jump in from wherever you’re at - whether that’s collection
building, technical design or development. We’ve made this process flexible for exactly
that reason.

I already have tech packs, can I still work with you?

Yes you can, however we don’t pick up other people’s tech packs because we can’t vouch
for the accuracy. But if you need help refining your range, working on the technical
side or planning your launch, we can still support you with one-off services.

Do you help with sourcing fabrics and trims, or do I need to provide them?

We help source references for you fabrics, trims, Pantones - all of it. That’s included
in our development process. When it comes to ordering and sourcing the actual materials
later down the line, that’s usually done via your manufacturer.

But if you’re working with a factory in Bali, we offer a retainer option where we act
as your assistant on the ground. We’ll source, visit manufacturers, do checks, and
handle the back and forth- like your in-person collaborator.

Do you offer support with production or just design?

Design is our core, but we absolutely offer support in production - especially if
you’re manufacturing in Bali or want help finding the right factory. We’ll make sure
your designs are production-ready and connect you with trusted manufacturers we know and
work with.

Do you have factories you recommend or work with regularly?

Yes - we have a reliable factory partner we work with and trust, and we can recommend
them based on your collection. If they’re not the right fit, we’ll still point you in
the right direction and make sure you’re working with someone who gets your vision.

Can I still work with you if I only have sketches, a moodboard or just the idea?

Of course. That’s where a lot of our clients start. You don’t need polished designs -
we can help bring your vision to life from scratch and guide you through the full
process. That’s what we’re here for.

I’m trying to stick to a tight budget will you tell me what’s possible within what I
have?

Definitely. Just email us a quick breakdown, your name, your budget, your priorities -
and we’ll be upfront with what we can do for you. No pressure at all!

I’ve been burned by other design agencies before - how are you different?

I get it - I’ve been there too. I had a brand once and worked with people who didn’t
care about the craft, just the money. It was disheartening. That’s why I built Nemesis
Studio. Because design and production shouldn’t feel like your nemesis - it should feel
collaborative, inspiring and empowering. We’re not here to rinse you. We’re here to help
you launch something you’re proud of - and make sure you feel supported every step of
the way.
