The Concept Package
From random ideas to a clear design direction.
This is where we help you get what’s in your head onto
paper. Together, we’ll shape your vision into a solid,
strategic design direction. You’ll walk away with a
fully fleshed-out design deck - ready to move into the
technical lab and present to investors and
manufacturers.
Deliverables include:
Moodboards (colour, fabric, texture & silhouette)
Trend & competitor research
Initial design sketches
Range plan with fully developed looks
Storyboard outlining construction ideas & colourways
The Technical Package
This is the part that’s often overlooked in a rush to
get to market. But if you want to build a brand with
longevity and quality at its core, you need solid
foundations and that starts with the tech pack.
Without a tech pack, you risk getting misquoted,
missing key construction details or settling for
samples that don’t reflect your original idea.
At Nemesis, you’ll see the full picture first, so you
can make informed decisions before production even
begins.
Deliverables include:
Detailed tech packs
Technical construction notes
Measurements and sizing charts
Fabric, trim and hardware specifications
Where your designs come to life, before the first
sample is even made. This is what sets us apart. Most
designers won’t offer 3D simulations, but we believe
it’s one of the most powerful tools you can have in
early-stage development.
With our 3D garment simulations, you can see your
designs worn on an avatar, test different fabric
behaviours, try out colourways and catch any design
flaws early all before spending money on physical
samples. It’s smarter, more visual, and gives you more
control over the outcome.
Deliverables include:
Digital patterns
3D garment simulation previews
Updated and revised tech packs
The Development Package
Hourly Design Support
Monthly Retainers

Why do I need a tech pack?
It keeps everything clear and consistent. No misunderstandings, no forgotten details. It’s your blueprint for getting exactly what you want.
I’ve already got Pinterest inspo, do I still need the Concept Package?
Yes - it helps you refine your range, tie everything together, and make confident design decisions before the technical work begins.
What’s the difference between my sketches and the sketches you do?
Yours show the vision, ours show how to make it. We highlight construction, seams, topstitching all the details your factory needs.
What’s included in a tech pack?
Tech drawings, colourways, construction notes, artwork placements, and a bill of materials. Everything your manufacturer needs to quote and produce.
Can you do a spec sheet instead?
Yes. If that’s all you need, just let us know and we’ll make it happen.
I don’t have the budget for the Development Studio right now. Is that
okay?
Totally fine. It’s optional. We can help you figure out what’s right for your stage.
Can you work directly with my manufacturer?
Yes. We can manage comms, review samples, or just be your second pair of eyes.
What’s the difference between a digital pattern and a paper pattern?
Digital gives you a 3D fit preview and fabric use estimate and changes are quick and affordable. Paper patterns are expensive to revise and you can’t see the fit until you’ve sampled.
